Sited on the sea front in Clacton on Sea this outstanding retirement development from McCarthy & Stone of 2800m2 was completed in Weber.pral M white through colour render onto new concrete blockwork.

The façade was mainly a plain scraped finish to the upper levels with Ashlar cut lines to the ground floor.

This building was completed by a three-man operation team only using one of our many spray pumps installed at the ground level.

Weber Building Solutions provided a case study for this development which in our view would have won the national quality club awards for the year had the club been in operation. We went on to win the next 2 years on the trot in 2006 & 2007.

Waterton Grange, Bridgend.

Waterton Grange, Bridgend

This property in Bridgend was completely over coated with an elastomeric fully meshed Weber Santane render system due to severe horizontal and vertical cracking within the substrate which gave an outstanding flexible result.

Sunrise, Eastbourne.

Sunrise, Eastbourne

Located in Eastbourne this nursing home built by Wates was completed in Weber.pral M through colour render onto new concrete blockwork combining stonework with the render.

The façade was all plain scraped finish with feature radius walls.

This building was completed by a three-man operation team only using one of our many spray pumps installed at the ground level.

Sea Drive, Ferring.

Sea Drive, Ferring

Located on the seafront in Ferring, West Sussex, this apartment block built by Charles James Homes was completed in Weber.pral M through colour render onto new concrete blockwork combining stonework with the render.

The façade was all plain scraped finish with feature radius walls and multiple raised render bands to complete this stunning development.

This building was completed by a three-man operation team only using one of our many spray pumps installed at the ground level.

Newhaven Marina.

Newhaven Marina

This development was built on the marina as four separate blocks of around 12000 m2 of insulated render using a Weber.therm XP and XM mineral fibre render system onto timber frame and mild steel frame substrates with a Weber silicon render to achieve the dark grey panels where the Weber.therm XP M1 system could not be manufactured to a dark shade to suit the architects requirements.

Nevill Court, Tunbridge Wells.

Nevill Court, Tunbridge Wells

This property was a part refurbishment part new build located in Tunbridge wells.

It was a private house with the works and new build managed by C J Gowing & Sons where the owner required a complete over cladding solution.

We provided the first Sto Phenolic insulated render system in the UK which we finished with the Sto Lotusan self-cleaning render system as seen on the TV new build programs.

This was a fully insulated system with a 1.5mm textured finish with a superior u-value and raised band detailing using 40mm insulation in addition.

We believe Sto are going to provide a case study for this development as it was the first of its kind in the UK.

Hangleton Valley Drive, Hove.

Hangleton Valley Drive, Hove

This property was a part refurbishment part new build located in Hangleton.

It was a private house with the works and new build managed by Gypcom.

The property was re-built at the sides to provide new gable ends in timber frame with baton and counter baton with cement particle board carrier to take the insulated render.

This was the second Sto Phenolic insulated render system in the UK which we finished with the Sto Lotusan self-cleaning render system as seen on the TV new build programs.

A 50mm thick timber sub-frame was bolted to the existing brickwork to carry the horizontal and vertical oak beams, 5 tons of oak. We then provided a 50mm Phenolic board adhesively fixed between the sub-frame and a further 50mm over the entire top floor and gables with Sto fully meshed base coats and K1.5 Lotusan finish and Lotusan paint and bolted the new oak Tudors through the system into the sub-frame to complete the upper sections to provide a u-value calculation of 0.13W/m2k.

The ground floor is based on an 50mm Phenolic insulation adhesively and mechanically fixed with a brick slip system to match the existing to provide a u-value calculation of 0.25W/m2k.

We also fitted new windows; powder coated over sills, roof tiles, scaffolding, rainwater goods, drainage, and replacement upvc bargeboards/soffits/fascias and completed the internal works to the new roof area.

Oakfield Road, Isle of Wight.

Oakfield Road, Isle of Wight

This development by Stoneham Construction was completed recently and was the largest development on the island with over 20 new social housing apartment blocks controlled by the local authority clerk of works.

This system was based on a Weber.rend MT synthetic render onto a Bluclad calcium silicate board onto timber frame construction with control movement joints at floor levels for compression.

The Esplanade, Worthing

Located on the seafront in Worthing, we carried out the render works on a supply and fix sub-contract basis through Parkway Plastering and completed the works with Weber.pral M through colour render onto new Hemlite blockwork combining the render with face brickwork and steel balconies to complete this stunning development.

The façade was all plain scraped finish.

This building was completed by a three-man operation team only using one of our many spray pumps installed at the ground level.

Deepcut, Surrey.

Deepcut, Surrey

This was our first major development, which featured over 16000m2 of Ashlar render all with Ashlar rusticated lines cut into the through colour render.

Located on an old army barracks this development was completed by a consortium of 4 major house builders. Barratt Southern Counties, Wimpey Homes, Persimmon Homes & Barratt West London and we secured completed the render for all four developers using Weber.pral M then known as Monopral onto concrete blockwork.

This development was completed by several teams using our spray pumps.

This major development by Taylor Wimpey featured over 21000m2 of through render onto new concrete and timber frame over a 3-year period using Weber.therm XP M1 to timber frame and Weber.pral M to blockwork to compliment in colour and texture.

This development was completed by several teams using our spray pumps.

This quality development by Millwood Homes featured various property types constructed on both Hemlite blockwork and timber frame using an Ivory colour through render to compliment in colour and texture in both plain scraped and Ashlar finishes.

This development was completed by several teams using our spray pumps.

Lyndhurst Road, Worthing.

Lyndhurst Road, Worthing

This development was finished using an Alsecco insulated render system with a silicon finish onto polystyrene board.

The requirements were to replicate other existing properties so lightweight cornices and mouldings were also manufactured to match existing.

These pictures show what can be done with a new build using the latest products to achieve a superior u-value whilst retaining the qualities past.

Located on the seafront in Worthing, we carried out the render works for Westbrook Developments (Approximately 3000m2) and completed the works with Weber.pral M F (Fine) through colour render onto new Hemlite blockwork combining the render with many features and steel balconies.

The façade was all plain scraped finish.

This building was completed by a three-man operation team only using one of our many spray pumps installed at the ground level.

Ropetackle, Shoreham.

Ropetackle, Shoreham

We completed this flagship Berkeley Homes development in Shoreham over 4 phases of well constructed concrete blockwork using a 20mm Weber.pral M fully meshed through colour render system.

There are many additional features that compliment, but most noteworthy are the fact that this construction was so well designed and managed that we had no repairs to carry out the entire development, which is quite outstanding for an area of 2500m2.

The façade was all plain scraped finish in Cream & Gris Pearle colours and all pump applied.

We also won the UK quality club award and trophy in 2006 for this development for the outstanding quality of the workmanship.

Seafield Road, Rustington

We completed another flagship Berkeley Homes development in Rustington again of constructed concrete blockwork using a 20mm Weber.pral M fully meshed through colour render system.

Fully rendered blocks with raised bands to replicate art Deco styling as required by planning, again was so designed and managed.

The façade was all plain scraped finish in White and all pump applied.

We also won the UK quality club award and trophy in 2008 for this development for the outstanding quality of the workmanship.

Warrior Square, Hastings.

This was one of our early large fully rendered buildings completed for Osborn Developments in Hastings using a 20mm Weber.pral M Ivory through colour render system.

The façade was all plain scraped finish and all pump applied.
